Biomass is a renewable, low carbon fuel that is already widely available throughout the UK.
Grant Biomass boilers
Wood pellet boilers
Grant Biomass boilers installed by Wolf Heating are clean and more efficient than most A-rated condensing boilers and tend to last 2 or 3 times as long.
They are easy to operate and control and provide high levels of efficiency with very low maintenance needed.
Fully automated biomass boilers offer the the latest technology and the highest levels of heating comfort with convenience.
- Simple to operate
- Sturdy and reliable
- Easy to clean and maintain
- Financial incentives attracting the Renewable Heat Incentive.
You can read the full Renewable Heat Incentive policy document on the Gov.uk website.View Grant Wood Pellet Boilers , Wood Pellet Storage brochures.
Baxi Biomass boilers
Biomass boilers offer an environmentally sound, heating solution. Burning biomass, such as wood pellets or logs, emits the same amount of carbon dioxide as is absorbed while the plants were growing. Therefore, biomass is classed as carbon-neutral renewable energy.
Biomass boilers burn biomass fuels extremely efficiently and use the heat produced to provide heating and hot water.
The Baxi Bioflo represents the next generation of biomass boilers. Ideal for smaller properties where mains gas is not available, the boiler is simple to install, low maintenance and easy to operate.

An Air Source Heat Pump
(ASHP) is a refrigerant based system, like your refrigerator at home. The system can absorb low grade heat from the air, and raise its temperature efficiently to be suitable for space heating and/or hot water. Ecodan is an air source heat pump system and can provide water temperatures of up to 60°C (without backup electric heater) in ambient temperatures as low as -25°C*.
Wolf Heating & Plumbing are also qualified to install and service Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps.
The Ecodan ground source heat pump
range is suitable for everything from medium to large commercial applications. Application of GSHPs allows the use of low grade heat from a wide variety of applications like river water or waste process heat to be upgraded to higher temperature useful heat.
